Hello,

I purchased Privacy Toolbox a few days ago and so far have only been successful in shredding 1 file.

All other attempts have mainly resulted in a "Shredding Failed" error message, excepting one which I think I recall was a partial failure.

After these failures, a document of some kind, marked "a", "b", "c" and so on is placed on the Desktop

I have been using the drag and drop method.

Any ideas about what is happening as the on-line log files are not reporting the nature of the error as far as I can see?
