I have tried to uninstall AdAware 2007 but get the following message. Have tried to downlaod and install again but with same result

Now desperately seeking a solution, help would be very much appreciated

If you're trying to uninstall 2007 by installing a new version over the top, it doesn't work well. Before installing the new version, try using add/remove programs first. If that doesn't work, try using Revo Uninstaller (revouninstaller.com) to do the clean uninstall first. Then execute the installer from your HDD, not the browser temp download file.
