Adaware is on or off.

I am using Lavasoft AdAware in conjunction with AVG Anti virus 9.0 and Windows defender on Windows Vista SP2 with all the latest OS updates. Recently Windows Defender showed me an alert that it has been turned off. I opened the security Center in Windows Vista Control panel to find out not only Defender was off but all also the Adaware. Amusingly, one has to wait for a minute or so after the system start to find out that everything has been turned off most probably by AVG 9.0. If you open the Windows Vista Security center immediately after system start then the system will show you that everything is turned on while the windows defender does not exist any where in the task manager services/processes tab.
Now, apparently I am complaining about windows security center bug and AVG problems which are not related to you. However, I want to bring in your knowledge about the problem that AdAware is being shown off while the AdAware itself is reporting that it is guarding the system. I can clearly see in the task manager that Windows Defender process is no longer running. I can also see that AdAware service is running in processes tab but its quite possible that AdAware has been fooled and Windows Security center is telling the truth. I am not sure whether the status in the Secuirty center about AdAware is correct or the Adaware is correctly reporting that it is working. One of them must be wrong.
I am aware that two or more antivirus products can cause conflict with each other on the same system. However, I have not heard the same about AntiMalware programs.
Anyway, thanks a lot for you great program.
Thanks & Regards,
