How do I contact technical support

How do I contact technical support to update my Ad-Aware SE Plus. I cannot log in despite using the email address and password supplied on my invoice.
Emails to contact at sales are not answered, it's a bit of a nightmare this company.

Any clues would be gratefully accepted.

Hi,

The most likely reason you cannot log in is that your licence probably expired a long time ago and so your account may have been deleted. If you wish to upgrade now, you will need to purchase the version you would like, here.

The reason sales didn't get back to you is probably because they thought it was a support issue and they are not allowed to reply to support requests.

Are you sure you still have a valid license? I think the longest is 3 yrs. SE became obsolete on March 30 when they stopped updating definitions. You can download AE Free and get a free upgrade to Plus with a partner purchase.

Thank you for your reply, I did not realise that there was a time limit on the licence. I will do as you have suggested.

Thank you for your replies, you have all been very helpful. I will upgrade and try to remember to check how long the licence lasts for.
