while scanning wiv ad-ware se it kept on freezing at the same place, so i uninstalled it & now i cant find how to reinstall the program to scan my pc.

Do you still have the original setup file on your hard drive, if not you will have to goto www.lavasoftcustomercenter.com and login with the details sent to you when you purchased Ad-Aware Plus or Professional to redownload it.
