Wow...time to update this posting.

Our Lavasoft Support Center is currently available in English only (online e-mail support 7 days a week).

Our fantastic team of support specialists are answering e-mails within 24 hours of receipt, so if you have not received a reply, please make sure to 1) check your 'junk' inbox to make sure the reply didn't get caught in a spam filter, and 2) add 'generalsupport@lavasoft.com' to your list of safe e-mails.

And just a reminder...the online technical support is for Ad-Aware Plus, Pro and Enterprise customers. The Support Forums here were designed for the Ad-Aware Free users to be able to get support from an international network of security volunteers, led by our own Calamity Jane.
