I should qualify that I have activated "Ad-aware Antivirus Free" on my desk computer with my email registration but on my wife's notebook with her email registration the code bounces back with a Failure notification.

I,ve downloaded and installed Lavasoft 10, and got a big problem. My pc seemed to have a certain crash. I can not log in on internet. My connection is ok, but neither internet explorer or others browswers are working. They only seeks.I've tried to uninstall Lavasoft 10 but it won't. What shall I do? My computer can't be used as it is now.

Had the misfortune of installing Ad-Aware Free Edition, will not un-install through control panel or through start menu, tried reinstalling to no avail.
